Our records indicate that your business set up Trade License has expired and a renewed copy has not been submitted to the Bank.
If your Trade License belongs to DAFZA, DMCC, SEDD, DEDD or Ajman DED you can easily update yours by uploading a self-attested copy of the renewed Trade License through Mashreq Business Online. For all other entities you may contact your RM or visit the nearest Mashreq branch with your original Trade License.
In the event that we do not receive a copy of your Trade License more than 60 days after expiry, the following charges will be recovered from your account each month:

Please note that post 120 days from the expiry of your Trade License the Bank will not be able to issue you with a cheque book until the renewed Trade License is updated in our records. If your Trade License renewal is overdue by more than 180 days, Mashreq may be forced to close your account.
